Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Please be aware of the following:
- Import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- International orders may be subject to delays caused by customs processing.
- Some products may be restricted in certain countries due to local regulations.
- We are not responsible for packages seized by customs authorities.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your account and visiting Order History. If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information for any carrier updates. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at info@nutritionphirst.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible at info@nutritionphirst.com — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
