30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items. Eligible products must be in their original, unopened condition. Once this window has passed, we are unable to process a return or exchange.

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email info@nutritionphirst.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.

Ship the Product

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RMA number. Ship it to the address provided in your authorization email.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). In those cases, we will also provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately. This allows us to process both transactions accurately and ensures you receive the replacement item as quickly as possible.
